    at 23 years, you cannot do anything to increase your height. your genes predetermined your height already. sorry! but you can wear high heels or platform shoes to make you appear taller. cheers!

If you family is a lot taller than you (esp. your dad) you could see your doctor for some growth hormones. Guys can grow until they are 25. Otherwise, you get your friends to put you on one of the medival racks, I've heard that works.

You 23yrs.old and 5'3"...I'm 5' 2" and i like my height...If i were to be taller,The LORD would of made me taller...And the only way you can get more height is to wear shoes with a higher heel...Why not go with want you already have and enjoy yourself and life... Clowmy
