What is a quick way to get rid of a breakout on my face?

I'm having a breakout of pimple on my face, i was wondering what is a cheap way to get rid and prevent pimples

u need a big bowl of hot water and a towel and anither bowl with ice and cold water in it.First you take the towel and put it over youre head and put your face over the hot water about 4'' away from the bowl and then if you feel your face getting extremely hott sit up and put your face over the icy cold water to snap your pores shut .To prevent them from coming cover yor face with dove soap then let it sit on your face then go take a nap if the soap is still there rinse it off and repeat the cycle again 2 times then your face will be clean and if your head sweats during the day go to a restroom and get a paper towel and soap it up if it doesn't tear and wash your forhead,cheecks,chin,sides of your nose then rinse and repeat if you sweat again.
