At what age your voice is fully developed?

So another voice cracking question...help?

I'm 18 now, I'll be 19 in 3 months. My voice never cracks hardly ever. But lately the past few days its been cracking a lot. Yesterday it cracked the most I think it's ever cracked in a day. It's really strange... My voice isn't high, but I don't think it's quite as low as it should be... I'm not a late bloomer or anything, I started puberty at about 12, I'm fully developed in every way. I'm pretty sure I'm pretty much done with puberty. But earlier in puberty my voice never really changed that dramatically or quickly. It never really cracked and seemed too change really slow, and kind of late. I'm wondering maybe is it changing some more now?? Is that possible at my age?? Just wondering if anyone has had the same experience??? Thanks.

Your voice is just catching up to the changes that happened earlier. Not everything happens at once. No worries.
