What is the best way to become healthy and gain weight?

I'm underweight and tired a lot of the time, and I need to know how to become as healthy as possible and gain weight in the process. Any advice, tips, or personal experiences will be fine.

A good vitamin helps. I take at night it's easier on my stomach. Being tired maybe from not drinking enough water. Start with your water intake and see if you see a change after a couple of days. I am finding that yoga and Pilate's classes are really helping me gain strength in areas I did not know needed it. It makes you feel great. There are lots of great videos to do at home. I eat a lot of protein mixed through out the day. Cheese, peanut butter, turkey, cereals with high protein, yogurt to name a few. These keep me going through out the day
