Was given a NSAID a over the counter drug for the pain and had a allergic reation to it. It gave me a rash that had patches of erythema with clusters of vesicles extending in a dermatomal distribution from my left lower back to the midline of my abdomen.

Can be anything from sciatica (the inflammation of a sciatic nerve, coming out of your spine going down your leg) to a kidney stone, a cyst, a pulled muscle, a vertebrae out of alignment. Go to your doctor and get examined. DO not self-medicate. You can do more damage than help your condition.
