Double majoring computer engineering & geomatics engineering or computer science & geomatics engineering?
-
i'm thinking about double majoring in geomatics engineering & computer science/engineering. would computer science or engineering go better with geomatics engineering? or they don't go with geomatics eng at all?
-
Answer:
Never having heard of geomatics engineering I had to look it up http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Geomatics_engineering and based on this description I would expect that computer science would be the wrong focus since focuses on the small world of electronic devices or programming and since general "engineering" does not exist, you would have to look at the geomatics work and see if you can name one of the specialties to fit.
