What's the best (private) university in Malaysia for engineering?

In community colleges there is two types of engineering?

  • there's engineering and there's civil engineering technology or nuclear engineering technology, whats the difference between specific engineering technology and just "engineering", because I want to attend community college and transfer to a university civil engineering major, what do you recommend ? engineering or civil engineering technology for a civil engineering bachelors degree ?

Community college trains TECHNICIAN rather than ENGINEER. No degree is given from it. You are waste of time to study in community college if your goal is engineering degree in university. Unless you cannot afford to attend university now, then college study is another way to gain knowledge without high cost. Community college credit is not recognized in university and no equivalence is given.
