Try a book called "Streetwise Spanish." It has a lot. I know a lot of slang, but it would take way too long to even start the list. Contact me if you want some, but let me know a specific country. I know probably 50 Ecuadorian words alone, also some Argentinian, some Spanish, some Mexican. For example, in Cadiz (southern Spain) they say "que guay!" to mean "how cool!" They also say "Hola picha!" as kind of the equivalent of "hey man!" (but be careful, in other countries this would be vulgar). In Argentina they throw in "che" everywhere, kind of used like an unspecific you or just a general expression. Wordreference.com has some really good forums. They say "que bacan" ("how cool") in Colombia. My ex bf was Ecuadorian and he always would say "chanfle!" which is an exclamation equivalent to "darn it!" more or less. In Panama they say "que xopa?" to mean "what's up?" I could go on and on...
