How do you speak with your diaphragm?

How do I learn to speak better?

• How can I learn to pronounce words better and clearer? I despise constantly answering to, "what?" Also realize I must speak louder.. but speaking from the diaphragm seems IMPOSSSIIIBBBLLLLEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! And shouting is just silly(my shouting isn't even loud). I really need help with that also. I KNOW there must be tips and techniques to help you with your overall speaking ability. Like.. how do actors learn to speak in tons of different accents so easily? ((I would totally get classes, but I'm poor in school Uni is killer in Ontario.. x.x))

  The first step to good pronunciation is listening. Listen to songs, texts, movies, documentaries, just listen how words are pronounced. When you watch a movie, see the way the actor's lips move, and listen to the sound that comes out. Then practice, listen to yourself say a word in many ways, and try to make it sound as you have heard it. So, listen-practice-pronounce :)
