okay, so i registered in the sims to download cool stuff, but wen i clicked on a car to download it said "You are not product-registered for The Sims 2"

yes YOU'RE registered but you haven't registered your GAME yet. just because you are physically registered doesn't mean you don't have to register your sims games too now that you're registered, go register all your games you have too.
