In diamond, use it on murkrow and it will evolve if you transfer a misdreavus from pearl or other game, it can also evolve with the dusk stone.

Only Misdreavus and Murkrow evolve with the Dusk Stone. Murkrow is on Diamond and Misdreavus is on Pearl. Both in the Old Chateau, the easiest place to catch them.
