First get a Darkrai. Train it to use a Dark Void and make it sleep. Use a ultra ball even thouigh I caught with a pokeball. Heatran is a waste of time. Hi being Steel and Fir causes him to be affeective to lots of kinds. I caught him he is not big deal.

Those two pokemons are level 70 so bring pokemon around that level. You should bring 30x Ultraballs and Timerball. Don't use Masterball. Use it on run aways like Mesprit. For Heatran, have someone with False Swipe hit him until he has 1 HP and get someone to use Hypnosis on him. Then start throwing Ultraball until you have 15 left and start using Timerball. For Girantina the same thing except you can't use false swipe on it. You should watch this on youtube http://youtube.com/watch?v=sVvVcGSUvko. Remember to save before you fight. Additional details: Since you caught all of the runners and can't get Regigas it's OK you can use your Masterball. It's up to you.

don't use your master ball. they are really hard to get if you don't have an action replay. have any pokemon at least lv65 or higher ultra balls, timer balls, and dusk balls (if at night time) are the best to catch them with. and i suggest you buy more than 10 pokeballs of each cuz it takes a while. if you need more help go to gamefaqs.com

bring your starter pokemon and five tough ones and have 30 ultra balls before you battle save the game and if you mess up just restart the game

Make it to the red zone, paralyze it...then use ultra balls until u get em Keep ur lvls on ur Pokemon consistent with their lvls. If you have the master ball, I say use it on giratina...since Heatran doesn't run away after u fail to capture it.
