What are good items to put a logo on?

How do you put items that you are going to download onto the sims games?

  • I found a website that has sims (for pc) items that you can download to put on your game. i know how to put the ones on when they are not in zipped foldders, but i cant seem to know how now. the items are things that you have to go through some thing to put them on the game so that you can use them there.i found out how to put it on the sims file thingy but i figure out how to put it on the game! sorry, i didnt mean to make it sound so confusing but its hard to explain. sorry but if you got what i said please help me!!!! urgent help!! please

    Most of the files go to your donwload folder mydocuments/eagames/sims2/downloads Collection files goes to the collection folder but if you have the clean installer you can see which one are collection files and move them to the right folder but not to worry it will not affect your game if it is not n the right folder. Then when you load your game, a window will show up towards the end where you have to enable custom content then you have to restart your game other wise cc will not show up. You can then get all your new stuff in buy mode.

make sure you are saving them to the sims 2 or sims 1 (not sure which one you got) downloads folder. if they are zipped unzip them thats all you have to do. unless is a simpack then you double click to install them. some files end in .rar then you will need a tool called winrar to open which opens both zip and rar files awesome tool i love it! also if you are downloading skins(hair, clothes, skintones) make sure they are not in any subfolders or they most likely wont show up. hope that helps note to sunshine...thats impressive how much ram do you have? i have 8000 items and 2 gb ram cant stand the minute it takes to load.
