u will need to buy a bluetooth dongle ,it costs about rs 300-400 u will get a software with it which u need to install ,turn on bluetooth on ur phone and ur PC .

1st purchase a bluetooth and install its driver. connect it to usb port and make sure that both the bluetooth are on, then search for devices from pc and after it found ur mobile click on send objects and u can send files easily

For that u need to have bluetooth activated on both the computer & ur Mobile. PCs generally dont have built in Bluetooth but U can connect device to your USB Port. Now open ur Mobile software which is to be installed on ur PC. Using this software (which is generally comes bundled with phone itself) u can transfer files to ur phone.
