How do I change the hair on my avatar?

How do you change the hair and eye color of your yahoo avatar?

  • i've been trying to make an avatar of myself but i can't figure out how to change the hair color or eye color from brown and how to change the body type and quite frnkly their instructions don't help either, i need to know how to do this in laymens terms

  • Answer:

    There are color bars to the right of the face or hairstyle that allow you to change them. Click the appearance tab, then choose face and eyes just under the appearance tab. Click the face you like, then the color bar immediately to the right of the picture that is the eye color you want. I recommend clicking save changes as you find something you like, so that you can just hit the clear button when you find something you don't like. When you find a face and eye color you like, click the Hairstyles link under appearance, to choose your hairstyle. Again, click the color bar to the right of the picture that is the hair color you want. Click the apparel tab to go to clothing, and click on outfits to see what you like. If you want to select just tops and bottoms, that link is just under the apparel tab.

if you have yahoo messanger, then you should go on it, click on your avatar, and a lil screen should pop up and say change your avatar or something. i think you should try it i dunno if itll work tho!

No problem. When you are at your Avatar home page, click on the tab at the top labeled "Appearance". After the page loads, you will see in little print right under the Appearance tab - "Face & Eyes" and "Hairstyles". To change your eye color, click on the "Face & Eyes" link and click a color located to the right of each avatar. You should see dark brown, light brown, blue and green. For Hair, click on the "Hairstyles" link at the top and select one of the hairstyles. To be honest, I don't know about the body type, only the face type which is under the Appearance tab. Hope this helps...

Go back to the other yahoo and go to all the clothes and Accessories and look at the hair and eye color

you go and click on ur avatar when u check ur mail then it will pull up the screen go to the first tab and you click on what face and eye u want then go to the second and click the hair that u want.

when you go under the apperance tab in the 'make your own avatar' thing, you click the little colorful buttons beside the picture. like with the eyes you can change them blue grren and brown, i think. and the hair is the same way. when you finish that, you just svae it and its automatically your avataro. sorry i cant be more specifice. hope this helped...

go 2 avatars and appearance then klick the eyes u want and then klick hair styles
