How can i create pokemon and then send them to my pokemon diamond game??

  I'm confused on what you mean, so if you mean to migrate Pokemon, do this: Firstly you must be onto the National Pokedex. Once that's done, save and turn off the game. Insert the GBA game of Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald/Firered/Leafgreen into the GBA insertion of the DS. Now on the GBA game, select 6 pokemon that you want to migrate somewhere specific on the PC. Then save and turn off. Now start playing on Diamond/Pearl and when you get to the options, you should notice that a new option appears of Migration. Click on it and read and agree to the information. Then click on the pokemon that you wish to migrate and they should be migrated. Note that once the pokemon are migrated, they can NEVER return and that you can ONLY send 6 pokemon per a game per a day. Once that's done, go the Pal Park at east of Route 221 and talk the man at the desk so that you can then go searching for your new pokemon in the zone! But if you mean to send created Pokemon from Action Replay, do this: Firstly, insert your Action Replay into your Nintendo DS's DS shot. Turn on your DS, wait until it gives you options menu and take out the Action Replay then insert your Pokemon Diamond or Pearl. Click on the star, go and open the Pokemon Modifier cheat folder. Highlight on "Hold select to encounter Pokemon." Then highlight only one Pokemon like example, you wanting to meet a Spheal. Click on start then when you get onto your Pokemon game, go to the wild. When in the grass, water or ect...Hold select down as you walk around and when you about to battle a Pokemon, continue to hold down select even through black screen until you encounter the Pokemon that you wanted. Sometimes, it does not work and you meet other Pokemon but just continue to walk around in the wild until another Pokemon appears. Or even sometimes, even if you didn't hold down the button, you will encounter the Pokemon anyway. But remember, once you DS is off, you game will reset the cheat and so will not remember the glitch but if you saved the game when capturing the Pokemon then you keep that Pokemon but the cheat will be reseted anyway.
