I don't know anything about physics but have heard people say it has to do with how life works?

PHYSICS is a class of science that describes HOW things work. it describes everything from screws to atoms. it describes how an atom bomb can be so destructive, but an atomic reactor can be so helpful. It describes how we hear sound and see light. Physics describes why a fire is hot and ice is cold. It describes how gravity works. It describes how the sun works, and how planets are formed. METAPHYSICS is a game. It is not a real science. People who are into metaphysics try to explain things like ghosts and telekinesis and visualization and out-of-body experiences -- all things that are not real, but our minds have made up because we can't understand the REAL science behind it. If you REALLY want to learn something useful, learn about PHYSICS, and leave the metaphysics to the fortune tellers and shysters and magicians.

physics is also known as science concept in math. Its not like Body and mind in the sense of Yoga but it means everything you do has physics involved. A great example of physics is when you manage you time to travel. There is mental physics where if you think of something for so long it has to be there, that use is called positive thinking. A good example is waking up and thinking you are going to get a promotion of find money. Simple physic that you learned is walking, a seriously overlooked physics problem.

see everything around u is the result of physics electricity,automobiles,etc. The phenomena of physics are applied in nuclear reactors and atom bombs.For physics u should develop have high thinking capability.Moreover, Physics have many branches like Nuclear,Electrostatic,Electronics,Relati… if u start learning and at the same time using ur imagination Phyics is an interesting subject. physics is the study of the way the natural universe works. Meaning it answers question like...why do planet forms, why do things fall down and not up, how does magnetism work, what makes up atoms, what is light...etc. you can go on and on.
