Given that for an adiabatic process PV ^y = constant, show that TV ^ y-1 = constant. Anyone have an idea how to prove this? Please help if you know!

PV ^y = constant, ===================1 For all gases (PV)/ T =μR From this P = (μR*T) / V Substituting for P in the first equation [(μR*T) / V] *V ^y = constant μR*T V ^y / V = constant μR*(T V ^y-1 ) = constant Since μR is also a constant, TV ^ y-1 = constant ============================
