sound power level at a distance- if a source had a sound power level of 60 dB(A) what would the sound power level be 15m away, would it exceed a sound power level of 40dB(A)? please explain working out, as i have tried to find a equation to work out, but the unit conversions between SPL and SWL and sound intensity level are a bit too confusing. thanks for your interest!
