What does a closed cervix w longitude of 4.3 cms mean in pregnancy?

i am 33 weeks and 2 days and i have been bleeding for more than 4 weeks and my doctor says is normal but i didnt feel ok w/ wat he said so i went to get an ultrosound done and this is the conclusion that the ultosound physician gave me which was closed crvix w longitude of 4.3 cms but i want to know if this means i am dialating already or just thinning out and ready to have this baby? please answer me asap thanks eva .......

Your cervix is still closed, not dilated and elongated. It needs to dilate and shorten before you will be ready to deliver.
