It is a roll on you can get at any drug store in the anti-perspirant section. You put it on at night. Go to sleep. Wake up and take a shower. The residue of the deoderant is gone, but you don't sweat or smell at all for a couple of days. And when I say you don't sweat or smell I mean it. I go to the gym and my shirt gets soaked except for under the arms. That is how well it works. For the first week or two you may tend to itch or get irritated from the product when you first have it on because it is closing up the pores. The itching will go away as the product dries, and after a couple weeks of use, I stopped getting the itching feeling.

You may want to see a doctor about this problem. I've heard of some people having to have the sweat glands from that area removed. If you have the sweat glands removed from your under arm, you won't sweat. Don't know if you have insurance or not or if it would even cover it, but it's worth checking into.
