I'd like to know why my feet are red/purple all the time except when I elevate them? No pain but restless leg.

My feet started turning color after hysterectomy in 2000. When ever I am standing or sitting with legs down they turn purple. Everyone notices and asks me why. I have restless leg syndrome on occasion. I do not have any pain. Thank You

increase Ur water intake so that the blood and everything flows freely....u could have deep vein thrombosis which is clotted veins in the feet that do not let circulation of the blood pass through efficiently enough

My guess is poor circulation. See a doc immediatly. It could be something important.

You need to go to the doctor immediately. You could have DVT (deep vein thrombosis) or circulation problems. Both are very serious.
