Help with hydrogen peroxide?

HYDROGEN PEROXIDE DOUCHE FOR BV! HELP?

so for the last 2 years i've had BV and have taken the metro gel, i take rePHresh probiotics, and have tried norforms (an insert to help stop the odor) here is my question. 1. how do you make a douche? what do you have to purchase? do they sell hydrogen peroxide douches? lol 2. have you tried a hydrogen peroxide douche? 3. what are the step by steps for douching? i've never douched. i do NOT itch or burn, my problem is the jelly like dishcharge with an awful smell. i end up having to change my panties at least twice a day and it really ruins my sex life. i am desperate. please help me!
Answer:

DO NOT DOUCHE! That just makes problems worse because it screws with the natural pH levels of the vagina and causes infections. If you have BV then you have an infection and need antibiotics from a doctor.
