What is the difference between having scarred and blocked Fallopian tubes?

How do the fallopian tubes Block completely and what is the difference between blocked and scarred?

  I had both, it isn't anything to mess with, during child bearing years the way I got PG was to have laroscopie's (spelling?) I have had three and three pregnancies we did loose a child in the middle but the other two are healthy and well one is 22 and one will be 14. I belive my problem was enhanced by a tipped uretus. Not a comfortible condition at all. Consult a PHY and get regular check ups they may want to lazer them open to keep you from getting sists(spelling?) as well. I am now 47 still have all my parts that they wanted to removed before my 25th birthday. If you stay healthy other ways your insides will follow. I was fine for years but now that I am in Menapause I am in need of the ovary surgery, no need to remove everything though. Unless you have that kind of cancer in your family or have shot drugs to put those free agents into your body, you should be fine. A good PMS medicine and some Aleve will do the trick at the worse of times. I am not a doctor but have had my share of operation, at this point, I only want one more trip, I am ready to not be a total woman. This lasts to long to suit me. lol!
