A squishy red blood-jellyfish thing during period?
-
So i went in the tub (i know, kinda gross cause im sitting in blood, but it relaxes me cause i get alot of cramps) and i see a "jellyfish" "swimming" around, and i got kinda freaked. i then figured out that it was blood from my period, so i took it out and felt it, a little denser than jelly, and it had blood leaking out. it was like an inch big. anyone know what the blood thing is, if its good for me or not, and why and how it was made? thanks

Answer:
The purpose of your menstrual period is to clean out the lining of your uterus since it had been prepared to nurture a fetus...since this didn't happen, it has to be cleared out. It is just tissue...don't worry about it. I would let all the water out and put clean water in so soak in. I find it astoundingly amazing at how little females actually know about their bodies and it's functions. AMAZING> Hopefully someone will learn from your question.

It's normal and nothing to be concerned about. It's just the uterine lining that women shed when we get our periods.

sounds like a blood clot. it's normal, usually you have them during your period but they are usually small. it is good for you to expel it from your body

i have chunks in my peroid, and i think that many might have been like what you describe but since they came out in my pad they just "flattened". since there was no pain (in the moment or currently.) you should be ok.
