Back pain after standing and walking?

I have alot of lower back pain but only when Im doing house work mainly, standing for long periods, or walking

  • Answer:

Try wearing a back support that you can buy at wal-mart or any decent pharmacy, see if this helps with the pain. Importantly, you should see a doctor, to make sure you don't have a more serious problem, involving your lower back. If you are healthy, you might try stretching exercises, and sit ups, to strengthen your lower back muscles.

might be your shoes, or the way you are walking.

See a doctor first. If the doctor finds nothing wrong, then try working your abs. Weak abdominal muscles are a common cause for lower back pain. Do your sit-ups, crunches, leg lifts, etc. (my personal opinion, crunches are the best)
