Why are my breasts sore? (Not pregnant)?

• My breasts are really sore, they started hurting yesterday. My period has been late for months literally months! I'm not pregnant i know because i didn't have sex.. Anyway wh are my breasts sore all of a sudden? And if you can answer this please, why is my period soo late?? Thank u,

  How old are you? It could have something to do with your age. If you've had your period for less than 2 years, it's irregular. It's normal for an irregular period to skip a few months. Mine skipped 3 or 4 months when I first started. The sore breast could mean they are growing or your period is about to come back. If you've had your period for more than 2 years and it's still irregular, see a doctor. It could be from complications or malnutrition. Good luck xx
