You might like Escaflowne. It's about Hitomi, a tarot card reading high school girl, who is transported into another world. It's got lots of magic and mystery. It also has a big ol' love triangle and mecha. This show is awesome! It manages to be both for girls and boys without going too far in either direction.

Ouran High School Host Club, Gakuen Alice, DNAngel, Kare Kano(this1not exactly'witchy' but try it), Magikano, Kyo Kara Maoh!(God(?)Save our King! is the name of the English version, the mainstream dubb is pretty good actually), Detective School Q, Ranma 1/2 (this is old but gold!), Kindaichi shounen no jikenbo(hope I spelt that right- its a bit mature sometimes with plot elements but a solid detective story), Ai yori Ayoshi, Fruits Basket. Try something like Bleach for a change as well. You'll be hooked(if you already aren't)!
