Who Is Lucy Arnold?

Who was Lucy Monostone? and can anyone explain the characters in MPD psycho?

• Right now, i am on the fifth volume of MPD psycho, and (i got super confused) i made a list of Amamiyas personalities. Yousuke (dead) Amamiya Minako Kotone, and of course, Shinji Nishizono. I am not confused with who they are, but I don't understand about Tetora Nishizono or the scene where Shinji bites off the finger while he is strapped to the table. I don't get it because on the next page, he's in XX newtown with sasayama. So, where did Tetora come from, and why is Machi with him? Also, i have strange new world, but no matter how much i search, i can't find any info on Lucy Monostone. I don't mean his place in MPD Psycho, but in real life. Does anyone know exactly what he did?   Maybe Tetora was with Machi, since that woman wanted him to be a part of the investigation? I won't spoil you this much (I have read up to volume 11 already) but Machi would be a crucial character in the recent chapters. She has this affiliation to this X organization, so I suppose she has the power to conduct the investigation of Tetora.
