What is this cartoon from the 80's?

1970/80s Sci Fi Cartoon?

• I vividly remember a cartoon I used to watch when I was younger and I can remember nearly everything except it's name. Here are a few things I remember: It stared 3 guys and a chick wearing futuristic armour and flying space ships. The main guy wore red and white armour and had brown hair. He had this staff weapon thing and he would sometimes stand on the top of his ship to use it. There was another guy in blue armour with black hair and a pony tail. At one point he loses his memory and is enslaved by the bad guys. There is another guy who is big and stocky and wears green armour and flies an orange space ship. The chick wears pink armour. I can't recall if she has a space ship or not and I don't remember her actually fighting much. At one point they fight a giant metal robot dragon. One of the main bad guys has a funny pink head. He has a massive spherical spaceship that looked like the Deathstar with big prongs on it. At some point the chick convinces the leader of the main villain's men to rebel so the main villain destroys his Deathstar with him on it. Recalling the style and everything I am pretty certain it was an American adaptation of a Japanese cartoon. I am pretty sure it was from the 70s but it could have been from the 80s. It was very Star Wars esque. I know it is NOT Star Blaze and is NOT Battle of the Planets. I loved this cartoon and its amazing I remember so many details but I can't for the life of me remember its name. Does this show sound familiar to anyone?
