How long does it take t-mobile to ship a phone?

  • I ordered a phone from t-mobile around 5p.m. pm Tuesday. I called today and ask if it was shipped and they said it was still pending. I was wondering how long will it take? And can it say pending even if the phone has been sent out? It's coming from Georgia and I am in Alabama!

I am sure you know what pending means. you should called them back and asked them when you will have your phone in your hand. they will be able to answer that question. get all your questions answered before you get off the phone with them. good luck : )

It is usually much faster. It probably means there is an issue with the model you ordered, like they're on back order. This info is not always made available to the phone reps so they might not know why it's not been sent yet.

if you dont get it tomorrow, you'll probably get it until monday. it took 4 days for mine to arrive
