How can a letter/package be hand delivered to a country wide truck driver?

He drives for US Express, out of Chattanooga, all over the country. He drives all the time. He does not have a mail address. I want to send him some letters in an 8x10 brown envelope. Can this be hand delivered to him so that I know that he got them?

Hi there, I do believe that if you contact Us Express They can give you a address to there Home Terminal and you can ship it there, then they will contact the driver by phone or qualcom (intruck computer) and let him know that the next time he drives by there they have a package waiting for him.. good best safe way to get the package to the driver... :))
