How to write a "formal letter requesting domestic waste water sewer reconnection"?

• I can write a nice formal letter, but am a bit unknowing as to any special things the city environmental coordinator would like to see in this letter. If someone could give me a few pointers I would surely appreciate it. Thank you. +1 -- I have been through all the paperwork included in this somewhat tedious project so all industrial issues have been addressed. Additionally, this is in an industrial environment and we do not discharge any industrial waste into the sewer.

  I personally do not think you would need anything special in the letter, just the facts and information you are trying to get across. Like you said you have already done the hard part, now all you have to do is articulate that in a professional and persuasive manner. Good luck, I think you are doing a pretty cool thing with this.
