How to write a business letter?

I have this big writing RCT test next week. I need to pass it to graduate school and i'm not sure how a business letter gets started off, so can someone help me out? This is a practice one. THE SITUATION Item ordered: Zapp Electronic Game system Ordered by mail from: Wade Electronics, Inc. Amount paid: $300.00 When received: Yesterday Problem: The Zapp Electronic Game System was supposed to include two controllers (hand controls), but only one controller was included in the package. YOUR TASK Write a business letter of complaint about this situation to: Wade electronics, Inc., 14 Enterprise Road, Quay, New mexico 88433. In your letter be sure to: .Explain the situation .Explain what you want the comapny to do for you .Give complete and correct information .Use an acceptable business letter form Can someone write me out the business letter for this situation so i can study it for the test next week? This is not the real one, just a practice.
Answer:

Do it yourself boy. There is nothing mathematics in business letter. Start with salutation, write the subject and reference in short at the beginning, then go straight into the details of the matter, end with your signature, name, address. Always keep in mind that business letter is to be brief but filled with important information with which the examiner wants you to do.
