Im about to buy an xbox 360, what do i need to get started?

Just get the more expensive xbox the platinuim one and it comes with a hard drive so you can watch the stuff you want to watch and then it comes with every thing you need except a wireless controler charger witch is like 20 bucks and is great and last for 36 hours and than you can just by your games.`

well if you want to play old games, your best bet is to go with the $399 version, as you need the harddrive to play old games, and the harddrive is like $100 by itself. Plus you get wireless controllers. Thats about it, you can use the controller for your 360 to control the movie playback.

wait for the ps3 but if you only want the 360 all you need is the premium version cause of the hard drive,and xbox live gold so you can play with people everywhere and download stuff,but i still recommend the ps3
