Bella Goth theoretically lives in Strangetown now, and is a Townie there, so will randomly appear to welcome you to the neighbourhood etc. If you use boolprop you can add her to your family using the add neighbour to family cheat. The thing is, she's not actually Bella Goth. She's meant to be in the game, but she has no family and no memories of anyone, so from a gaming point of view, she's just a clone of Bella, although according to the storyline, it's really her, and the aliens stole her memory!
