What WWE legends were left off of the WWE Legends of Wrestlemania roster that deserved to be on the game?

This is for the 2009 released WWE Legends of Wrestlemania due out in March. I think that these wrestlers would make sense to include: 1. Macho Man Randy Savage 2. Dynamite Kid 3. The Killer Bees 4.
