In the sims bustin' out for xbox can you get fired and what happens when the children dont go to school?

like i got the new game for xbox and then i dont want my sims 2 go to work (freeplay mode) and either the children to they have to go? and what happens if the shildren dont ever go to school? and can the adults get fired?

they gotta go to miltary school if they get a F on there grade and yes the adults can get fired from work if they miss it 3 times in a row....
