i don't know of a cheat because i don't use them, but, you may have to complete everything in under a certain amount of time or have a greater high score than the minimum. i know for one of the drifts i did, i got a score of 74,000(extremely hard to do), i got a magazine cover for that, even though previously i beat it with minimum reqs. also, check out gamefaqs.com, they may be able to point you in the right direction as well.
