    I got my Xbox 360 Live Subscription for nothing by googling it, and I found http://www.free-xbox360.co.uk/Free-Xbox-360/Xbox-360-Live-Gold-Subscription.html I tried a free 2 week trial of a home DVD and game rental service (tried loads of Xbox 360 games too) and got 2 friends to try it, and I got my subscription through the post (original in wrapping) the next day. Brilliant.
