How can I download games from the web onto my PC & play them on my new PS2?

Just bought a new PS2(never had a video game console before)...is there a way to download PS2 games from the web & play them on my PS2 console? (I have a slow dial-up connection on my laptop).

you can get a mod chip to go inside youre ps2 and then you can rent out games make copys of them and they will work. but i think it is illegal

It is possible to download PS2 games but it's not legal and it'd take forever with dial-up.
