How do I get my 360 Back?

PLEASE!!! How do I get my XBOX 360 back from my parents!?!?!?

  • Okay, here it is My parents took my xbox 360 away, for no reason, the weekend after the 3rd term of this school. Right now it's half way through 4th term of school and every time I ask them why they took it away, they say it was because I stayed up till 4:30 AM playing xbox 360 with my friends at a party I had one weekend!(note: my bro, sis, and I had done that same thing many times for previos parties)... I need to get it back, but not because I want to play it. I'm extremely worried for the safety of my 360 because the only thing keeping them from smashing it with a hammer in front of me, is that I would be so very pissed at them..i hold grudges forever! My parents hate it so much, think they might have hid it by putting it in a cardboard box and burying it. Now I am only sometimes clever and have a hard time convincing my parents to do anything. So I beg you, please answer this question-even if only to give me some kind of support! PS my moms a mental health nurse! so yeah

    Your parents took it away as a punishment because they thought you weren't being studious, I guess. They're your parents. You did something they didn't like. They punished you for it it wasn't "no reason." If you want it back, don't be immature and try to trick them into giving it to you. Work hard on class, get all your work done, mow the lawn, something like that. Then just tell them - "I've done all my work, I've mown the lawn - can I play it for just one hour? I'll let you turn it off after that, I just want to play this game a bit." Show them that you're mature, and address what concerns they have. Or just try asking your parents what you would need to do to get it back, rather than asking for it back for free. Though I suspect that one of the reasons they took it away from you is because you use it too much and value it too much - to a level where you are so obsessed, you will ask random strangers how to get it back... ;)

Make a deal with your parents. Volunteer to do chores etc. for the safe return of your 360. Maybe make a written contract or something like that and hang it on the refrigerator.

your parents are not gonna smash your x box. it probably cost them a fortune! maybe if you stop acting like a big spoiled baby, and show a little maturity, they might relent and give it back to you. the one thing i can guarantee is that all the time you are whining and bitching and threatening to bear a grudge forever, you wont be playing any x box!

I would wait till summer break starts to ask for it back. If you show your parents that you're putting your studies ahead of gaming, they'll probably be more inclined to give it back. I know this isn't what you want to here, but it would probably be the most effective way to deal with your problem.

umm, act more responsible and deal with it. They will give it back sooner or later. Also get good grades in school and listen to your parents.

I dont see what your moms mental health nurse career has to do with this subject, but all i can say is let it be. You are walking into trouble, and if you even think of trying to get the 360 back than you might as well put your head in between your legs and kiss the xbox goodbye. Think of it almost as an ocean current, just go with the flow, otherwise something VERY bad will happen.
