How do you put video clips on your PSP?

I just bought my PSP and i wanna put music videos on my PSP the videos are for realplayer and i put them in the root folder and the next folder and it did not go through. how can i get musci videos on my psp videos

u hafta get the media manager. (damned media manager) or else the files get messed up.
