Gaming question.. Wii or Xbox 360?

FWI: Wii's have an SD card slot to extend memory. I choose Wii.

I would say the wii. There are many games I know that you can play with more than one players. One game that I like is Mario and Sonic the Olympic games. It can have up to 4 players.

i would say the wii because it needs more movement so the games seem like real life. i have a basketball game on my wii and it is like im at an arena really shootin hoops. Get the wii cuz its the bom.

sounds like you have already decided to get the wii, I own the xbox 360 and I like it because I'm more into the RPG's like Fallout 3 and Mass Effect and Oblivion and others with long story lines but my sister in law does have the wii and I must admit i did get very into it if i had money and the space ( i live in a very small room) i would get a wii as 2nd console but like you said you want more casual games then def go with the wii plus the upside on the wii from what i hear it is 100% backwards compatible with the gamecube and some of the gc games are still very fun like Donkey Kongo is an excellent older game plus that new Punchout looks sweet

if your a serious gamer I would say a 360. I mean yeah it would be nice to play with your buddies...but why can't you just have a halo death match with them...or rock band for the 360? Yes, the pay to play online does suck...but the Wii's almost only shooter is the conduit. Idk man I think you will be a lot happier with a 360 then a wii, it looks like they will have a good year with ODST...the wii has mario and zelda...Yes, they are classics...but I can't give you a recommendation off of the 2 current story games based off of them, and your serious into gaming...the wii is built for a more casual crowd..I think you will regret it later on

Most people would just pick x-box 360 just because of graphics and I dont care how much people deny it. But if you want real fun and want to get fit in a fun way instead of sitting on your butt watching tv (not saying you do) definatly pick wii.

i have a wii and my brother has a 360 and it really depends on what kind of games you like i play fighting games on the 360 and more fun family and friend games like racing games also on wii I play mario kart online for free and Xbox live cost money like you said 360 is more addicting i'll play for hours and only for a short time with wii but that is probably better for you wii is more active and 360 is not but honestly i dont know witch i like better but i hope my comparisons helps : )
