How to make a bottle cap necklace?

How do you get the blue part out of a bottle cap to make a bracelet?

• I've always wanted to make one of those blue plastic bracelets you get when you take the blue circle thing out of a soda bottle cap. I can never get it out--they seem to be glued! How do you get them out and make one without ripping it?

• Answer:

  If you use a dasani water bottle the seals are not glued. If you still can't get it out stick a pen under 1 side the pry it out. Once you get it out chew on it then start biting at the middle. Once you get the center out just keep chewing on it till it fits on you wrist.
