Guitar HELP!!! WIRING?

I need some help please wiring my new pickups in my guitar...?

• I've built a Telecaster and I'm putting a Seymour Duncan lil' 59 mini humbucker in the neck and a vintage single coil in the bridge. I'm wanting to wire them to individual volume controls using a les paul style 3 way toggle switch. The controls are mounted to a typical telecaster control cover as : ( switch vol vol ) Any advice or even better a diagram if you know where there is one would be brill.
