What kind of places would you go to to buy incense?

I'm looking for a place on Long Island, NY where I can buy incense and a new incense burner. My gf likes to burn sandlewood while doing her yoga and I just stepped on and smashed the wood burner thing and the sticks inside it (we're packing for a move).
