What are deviantART commissions?

Am I good enough to open some simple deviantart commissions? Also, is $3-$4 reasonable?

• I am 14 this year, and am hoping to open up some simple (possibly mostly pokemon) commissions. I have been drawing for 1 year, and started working digitally on photoshop for the past 2 months. Do you think they are good enough? If not, some comments on why not would be really appreciated.   You can try. However, your grasp of perspective isn't quite there, and you'll likely appeal to mostly the Pokémon and Digimon crowd. It's worth a shot, though - it's not the worst I've seen, but it's not the best I've seen either.
