How to make an Aztec costume?

How do I make this costume?

• I'm going to make a Blaze the cat costume for Halloween. How the heck am I going to make it? I got results on a question I asked and the whole public said Blaze the cat. What should I use to make the whole costume?

  Don't think this would be so hard. 1) The top part of her dress/outfit looks really similar to that popular velour rennisance princess costume that they sell just about everywhere and it's rather cheap. I'd buy that and just cut out the pink skirt part, that way it's basically a top.If it's too short, wear a white tshirt underneath. 2) Wear white pants of any kind. 3) The shoes could be any kind. Purple/pink chucks would be great! Then just put a piece of white felt on them for a stripe. 4) Put white feathers around the cuffs of the princess costume and to the top of the shoes. You could also put them on a pair of white socks and have them hang out the top of the shoes. 5) Tie your hair up and put some purple feathers out the top. (just dye or paint some white ones if you have to). 6) Paint Blaze's face on your own. Put the white makeup around your mouth and cheeks. Then use a light purple on the rest (blend some clown makeup if you have to, mix with white to make a lighter color. Use big fake eyelashes or paint them on your face with eye/lipliner or costume makeup. 7) Use a small red sequin or jewel from a craft store and stick it on your forehead. 8) Wear a pair of white gloves. 9) Improvise a tail. Make one out of felt if you have to, it's cheap and easy to find in lots of colors. You could even staple it together, no one would notice. Also, you could find an old purple stuffed animal and cut the tail off and attach that to a long piece of purple felt. Then attach it to your costume.
