How do you iron on dark t-shirt transfer paper?

Which side do i print on when using iron-on transfer paper? And how do i iron it on?

• I recently bought some iron-on transfer paper from Wal-mart but the directions are a bit confusing. So i was wondering what side i print on? (fabric or sticky side?) and how do i iron it on? (image down or up?) please help, thank you

  if you're using fabric print on the fabric side. peel off the paper to expose the glue and iron with the glue side down. always keep the iron moving or you will have an area that will look like the bottom of the iron good luck
